Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Each fursuit head is made to order and/or customized based on customer preferences. Therefore, we cannot resell returned items.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may begin and cancellation will no longer be possible.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: sanfucraft@gmail.com

Include:

• Clear photos of the item

• Description of the issue

We will assess the situation and may offer:

• Repair

• Partial refund

• Replacement (if applicable)

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or defective.
